Flexibility

This plan shows a side entrance, 2-car garage and separation of sleeping rooms and living rooms along a horizontal axis. Alternate layouts allow a front entrance, 1-car garage with tandem parking and separation or sleeping rooms and living rooms along a vertical axis. This allows the owner to take full advantage of their specific lot microclimatic conditions such as views, sun and wind patterns, corner lots and alley entrances.

Sustainablility & Durability

Plenty of semi-enclosed spaces and high windows bring in natural light and ventilation, while providing privacy. Use of metal cladding and durable materials like concrete and brick increase longevity while still meeting the desired aesthetic.
